The purpose and structure of the IDNwiki are described on its Main Page.

Please note that the domains being used in the example.test evaluation are not open for the registration of subdomains, and that they will be unconditional and permanently removed from the Domain Name System (DNS) at the end of the evaluation.

The appearance of a script in the evaluation roster does not constitute the endorsement of that script for persistent use on the top-level of the DNS. Nor does the language used in the evaluation for the instantiation of a script constitute any form of statement about that language beyond its suitability for some aspect of the technical trial. The selection criteria are discussed in detail in the sidebar article on basic concepts, and have no a priori consequence for the subsequent availability of any language or script to designate a production top-level domain.

Reference to a language by name does not imply the availability of all elements used in the standard orthography of that language for any purpose relating to the DNS or IDNs.
